Well it’s been another week. And a terrible one for me. But still making money
Not only did my computer fail, but I also fell on my new deck (remember the one that
was being built all summer). I slipped on the ramp the day before I was heading home
to meet up with my family. Well that was a week ago… The back of my leg and thigh
is a combination of blues and purples and reds… I didn’t even know until my daughter
pointed it out.

This one seems to be a bit unique in that it is not a 50/50….. but you can read that below.

What Makes WindFallHits Unique?
WindFallHits is a Revenue Share program that sells advertising and offers rebates from the revenue coming into the program, sharing up to 85% of that revenue with its members. What makes WFH different from other revshares is how that revenue is shared.
WFH shares profits with members similar to how a mutual fund shares dividends with its shareholders. Once a shareholder buys a mutual fund share, that share continues to pay the holder as long as there are profits. The share maintains 100% of its value and does not expire.
Non-Expiry AdPacks / No Hit and Run Clause
The adpacks in WindFallHits do not expire either. The benefit of buying adpacks with a non-expiry as oppose to expired adpacks is obvious to members who lose adpacks to a maturity date, whether it’s 125% or 225% or more.
When adpacks have paid up to their maturity limit (when $100 becomes $125 or $225), they are gone and more adpacks must be purchased to take their place in order to maintain the advertising balance or to grow the balance.
But the difference between expiring adpacks and non-expiring adpacks becomes a mute point when considering that a non-expiry is the same as a 200% expiry adpack in a business model with a 50% hit and run clause. Calculating this from a 14% weekly rebate, members actually earn a 7% non-expiry in this popular model.
Outside Revenue Sources
Besides not expiring adpacks, WindFallHits does business similar to a mutual fund in another way. By investing the monies received (from the advertising purchases of windfalls) in a diverse group of assets, the risk is spread among different types of investments. Over the long haul, diversified investments provide better returns with lower risk.
WindFalllHits has several avenues for creating diverse outside income to insure the longevity of the revenue sharing program. Wow, I can’t believe how many NEW sign ups I have had to TAZOODLE.

From the daily income, fifty percent (50%) is distributed to qualifying account owners. This is referred to as viewing income.

Of the remaining fifty percent (50%), fifteen percent (15%) pays level 1 and level 2 advertising sales commissions and the balance of thirty-five percent (35%) is retained by Tazoodle, Inc. for employee salaries and business operating expenses.

| Viewing Income |
|
|
|
As mentioned in the preceding paragraph, fifty percent (50%) of the total earned or received income each day is allocated to the viewing income pool. Advertising account owners share in seventy-five percent (75%) of the viewing income pool and both advertising and viewing account owners share in the remaining twenty-five percent (25%).

|
|
The seventy-five percent (75%) portion is allocated to advertisers based upon the number of times that their link is clicked on the search engine results page or their website has been displayed on the website display window. The remaining twenty-five percent (25%) is allocated to all qualifying account owners equally.
|
|
|
|
Advertisers receive bonus website display credits equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the number of times that their link has been clicked on the search engine results page or their website has been displayed on the website display window on a given day.
|
|
|
|
Account owners must qualify to receive viewing income. To qualify, account owners must view a minimum of twenty (20) websites of advertisers for a minimum of fifteen (15) seconds each in a given day.
|
|
|
|
Viewing income is paid to qualifying account owners only after Tazoodle has earned or received the income. If Tazoodle does not earn or receive income, no income will be paid to account owners.
|
|
|
|
Viewing income is paid to advertisers:
|
|
● Whose link has been clicked on the search engine results page or displayed on the website display window,
● Who meets the daily viewing qualifications,
● Assuming that Tazoodle has received income for the day. |
|
|
|
Viewing income is paid to advertisers and viewing account owners:
|
|
● Who meet the daily viewing qualifications,
● Assuming that Tazoodle has received income for the day. |
|
|
|
When all website display credits in an advertisers account has been used, the advertiser becomes a viewing account owner and shares only in the twenty-five percent (25%) share of the viewing income revenue pool.
|
|
|
|
Viewing income is calculated for each calendar day, even weekends. For calculation purposes, the start of a day begins at midnight and ends at 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time. Income earned and calculated on weekends is posted to accounts on the following business day.

|
Commission Income
|
|
|
|
Any account owner may receive a ten percent (10%) commission when he or she introduces Tazoodle to another individual who registers an account and purchases advertising. The new person is referred to as level 1 direct sale account owner.
|
|
|
|
If that level 1 person subsequently introduces someone else to Tazoodle who joins and purchases advertising, that person is referred to as a level 2 indirect sale account owner. The original account owner receives a five percent (5%) commission from level 2 indirect sales.
|
|
|
|
To receive commission income, account owners are not required to purchase advertising of their own, pay a monthly subscription fee or view advertising websites.
|
|
|
|
All website advertising is prepaid by advertisers and earned by Tazoodle only when the advertisers link has been clicked on the search engine results page or displayed on the website display window.
|
|
|
|
Even though Tazoodle has not earned income until the advertisers link has been clicked on the search engine results page or displayed on the website display window, commissions are paid upon receipt of prepaid advertising funds. The prepaid advertising amount is subject to the terms of the refund policy.
|
|
|
|
Commission income is paid to account owners as long as:
|
|
● Their account is active and in good standing and,
● Tazoodle has received prepaid advertising funds. |
