This is a new fixed-rate autosurf.  IT is the latest from Steve, the admin of ESP.  Steve has been around for a while (ESP is not his first autosurf) and has earned a reputation of
trying to create very successful programs, and he's not just here to make a quick buck.

There are two plans:
The first is 2% for 70 days, with daily cashouts.
The second is 10% for 13 days, cashout at expiry only.

The following processors are accepted:
AlertPay, SolidTrustPay, StrictPay, LibertyReserve, and PerfectMoney.
Upgrades with AP come with a 4% fee, and upgrades with STP have a 2% fee.
There is a 5% fee on all withdrawals.

Referral commission is 3% on your first level only.
