You can sign up for free and fund when you are ready. The fixed 16% return has a minimum funding of $50 and a maximum of $20,000. Above $20,000, the return is 20% a month. The program has been operational since October 2006, but was initially private with just 180 members. It opened its doors to public membership on 1st May 2008 and now has thousands of members. It is probable that GNI will go private again at some stage when it has reached the required membership. Probably Spring 2010. Reviews of the program are very good.
